RETURN POLICY

The reasons you might want to return the item:
Item Quality problem:
      1). Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
      2). Please allow us to have weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. We will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within hours.
      3). If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.
You purchased the wrong item/You don't want the item:
      1). Restocking fee is needed, the amount will be charged according to the product status.
      2). Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.
      3). Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
      4). Buyer must contact the sale representative within a few days after the item arrived.
      5). Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.
